Heatmiser Neo

Heatmiser Neo is a flexible, multi-zone smart heating control system that supports up to 32 zones. It uses Smart Profiles so you can set up time/temperature schedules and apply them across zones, and geolocation to automatically adjust heating when you leave or return home. The system is subscription-free and receives over-the-air updates via the NeoHub Gen 2. Its mesh-networking design ensures reliable communication by routing data across all connected neoStats, extending its effective range.

Manual Dial Thermostats

Heatmiser’s room thermostat range covers a broad variety of use-cases, including simple manual-dial thermostats, slim-digital models, touchscreen programmable units, and wireless options. The manual-dial series (DS1 Basic, DS1 v2, DS1-L v2, DS-SB v3) offers reliable electronic control with features like remote air-sensor compatibility, setback mode (in the SB), and surface or flush mounting. On top of that, they offer more advanced thermostats for different heating systems and preferences. For example, their Slimline digital thermostats have flexible programming (non-programmable, 5/2 day, 7 day), support for electric underfloor heating, and an optimum-start feature.

The Edge series supports remote temperature sensing and can integrate with window/door sensors to switch off heating when a window is open.

Meanwhile, the Touch thermostats provide a large touchscreen display, programming options, and compatibility with wireless sensors.

Touchscreen Thermostats

The TouchScreen Series from Heatmiser offers a range of 230 V programmable thermostats designed for different types of heating systems, from standard boilers to electric underfloor heating. There are four main models: Touch v2, Touch Carbon, Touch-E v2, and Touch-E Carbon. The “Carbon” versions have a modern all-black design and a negative-LCD touchscreen. All models support wireless air sensors or window switches, and they’re compatible with Modbus, so they can be integrated into building management systems.

In terms of features, all Touch thermostats support flexible programming (non-programmable, 5/2 day or 7 day), “optimum start” (they learn how long to pre-heat), and a temperature-hold function. Key-locking is built in to prevent tampering, and the screen backlight automatically turns off when not in use. The Touch-E versions (for electric floor heating) can switch up to 16 A and include a 3 m remote floor sensor.
