Installer Promotion – Terms & Conditions - Prize From Bristan
1. Promoter and prize provider
1.1. This promotion is organised and administered by James Hargreaves (Plumbers Merchants) Ltd, trading as James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies (the “Promoter”), Parliament Street, Burnley, BB11 3JT (Company No. 188491).
1.2. Bristan Group Ltd (“Bristan”) is providing the prize only. Bristan is not the promoter, sponsor, administrator, or partner of this promotion and is not responsible for the operation of the promotion.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Open to UK-based installers aged 18 or over.
2.2. Participants must hold a valid James Hargreaves trade account.
2.3. Employees of the Promoter or Bristan, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
3. Promotional period
3.1. The promotion runs from 1 February 2026 until 30 June 2026 inclusive.
3.2. Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for entry.
4. How to enter
4.1. Installers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every £50 spent on Bristan products during the promotional period.
4.2. Spend is rounded down to the nearest £50 (e.g. £149 spend = 2 entries).
4.3. Entries are automatically calculated based on qualifying purchases; no additional action is required.
5. Prize draw and winners
5.1. There will be one (1) prize draw held after the end of the promotional period. All eligible entries accumulated during the promotional period will be included in that draw.
5.2. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.3. Each winner will receive one (1) Tech Bundle Prize (three prizes drawn in total).
6. Prize
6.1. Each Tech Bundle Prize includes:

6.2. The prize is provided by Bristan.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
7. Tax
7.1. Winners are responsible for any personal or business tax consequences (if any) arising from accepting and/or using the prize.
7.2. The Promoter does not provide tax advice. Winners should obtain independent advice if required.
7.3. Where required by law or regulation, the Promoter may need to provide information about the prize and/or the winner to HMRC or another competent authority.
8. Exclusions
8.1. Contract sales are excluded from this promotion.
8.2. Returned or refunded products will not be awarded entries and any related entries will be withdrawn.
9. Winner selection and notification
9.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
9.2. Winners will be contacted using the details held on their James Hargreaves trade account.
9.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. General
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
10.2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
