We are going Paperless.
From Tuesday, 10th October 2023, in addition to our James Hargreaves paper financial documents, our account customers' invoices and credit notes will be emailed out daily, and statements will be emailed monthly via PDF attachments.
By transitioning to a paperless system, we can now look forward to improving sustainability, streamlining operations and making a positive environmental impact while reaping the benefits of a digital future!
We have contacted all customer to check that their contact details for their main account contact and accounts contact are correct.
Customers also have some additional options.
Frequency and format: Rather than daily invoices and credit notes emails, customers can receive these financial documents immediately, weekly, or monthly.
Additional Recipients: Financial documents can also be sent to multiple email addresses.
James Hargreaves Customer Portal: In addition to email invoices, we also provide the James Hargreaves Customer Portal. Portal users gain extra speed and convenience when accessing their business documents. They can receive, review, and pay invoices with just a few clicks, eliminating the need for printing, signing, and mailing - a seamless digital experience.
The portal allows invoices to be accessed from anywhere, allowing faster client communication and collaboration.
