Came in today just out the blue to ask for help for a shower mixer i was having trouble with at home, guys there went out my way to help me and make effort to resolve my problems so thank you and fyi if they see this, I fixed the shower!

After being turned away by all the big boys and "specialist" companies, Danielle listened, took everything I wanted in and easily found what I was after with a pleasant demeanour, very helpful attitude with brill technical skills. Would highly recommend using these guys, especially Danielle

We are remodelling our bathroom and spoke to Danielle she is so knowledgeable and had some Fantastic suggestions she also provided us with a 3D photograph of our various options , she was so helpful showing us around the showroom pointing out what would work for us and providing prices .we could not recommend Danielle and Hargreaves high enough Fantastic service and great price .

I went into James Hargreaves today after searching round for a part for the last couple of days. I think it was Paul I spoke to. He was really helpful and went through a box full of the parts to find one that matched my requirements. I was really pleased that he spent the time and made the effort to to locate the right part. If you're after good prices and great service look no further.. even if your after information these guys will go out their way to help you out. Paul Glover the manger has lots of experience in the plumbing and heating business and Danielle Ford is second to none when it comes to bathroom design and fixtures and fittings.. For an all round good experience you wont find better 👌👌👌
