Taking part couldn’t be simpler.

For every £10 you spend on qualifying Viva Skylo products between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026, you’ll receive 1 entry into the prize draw.

Spend £10 and receive 1 entry.
Spend £50 and receive 5 entries.
Spend £100 and receive 10 entries.

There’s no separate entry form to complete. Eligible purchases made through your James Hargreaves trade account will be entered automatically.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is James Hargreaves (Plumbers Merchants) Limited, trading as James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies, company number 00188491, head office address: James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies, Parliament Street, Burnley, BB11 3JT.

2. Promotion
The promotion is the James Hargreaves Viva Skylo Q3 Prize Draw. Eligible James Hargreaves trade account customers who purchase qualifying Viva Skylo products during the promotional period will automatically receive entries into a random prize draw for the chance to win a Nintendo Switch console.

3. Promotional period
The promotional period opens at 00:01 on 1 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026. Only qualifying purchases invoiced by James Hargreaves during this period will be eligible.

4. Eligibility
The promotion is open to James Hargreaves trade account holders aged 18 or over.

Contract accounts are excluded from the promotion.

Employees, officers and directors of the promoter, its group companies, suppliers, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to exclude any entry or account that does not meet these terms.

5. Qualifying purchases
A qualifying purchase is the purchase of any product from the Viva or Skylo range from James Hargreaves during the promotional period, as recorded by the promoter’s invoice records.

Qualifying products may include, but are not limited to, Flush & Fill Valves, Concealed Cisterns, Concealed WC Frames, Traps, Pan Connectors and Mechanical Waste Systems from the Viva Skylo range.

For every full £10 of qualifying spend accumulated during the promotional period, an eligible trade account will receive one entry into the prize draw.

Qualifying spend will be calculated on the net invoiced value of qualifying Viva / Skylo products, excluding VAT, delivery charges, surcharges, credits, refunds and any other non-product charges.

For example, £10 of qualifying spend equals one entry, £20 equals two entries and £50 equals five entries. Any remaining spend below a full £10 will not generate an additional entry.

Purchases that are cancelled, credited, refunded, returned, unpaid, not settled in accordance with the applicable account terms, or otherwise invalidated will not qualify.

Purchases must be made at the normal applicable trade price. No additional charge is made for entry into the prize draw, and the price of qualifying products has not been increased to reflect entry into the promotion.

6. Entries
Entry is automatic for eligible trade accounts making qualifying purchases during the promotional period. There is no separate entry form.

There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible trade account can receive during the promotional period.

Where a customer has multiple branches, buyers, delivery locations, sub-accounts or linked accounts under the same trade account, these will be treated as one trade account for the purpose of this promotion.

7. Prize
There is one prize available: a Nintendo Switch 2 console.

The prize is subject to availability. If the stated prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

Any accessories, games, subscriptions, downloadable content, additional controllers or other items not expressly stated as included are excluded from the prize.

8. Winner selection
The prize draw will take place on 9 October 2026.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random number generator.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner notification and prize delivery
The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on their James Hargreaves trade account. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner to arrange prize delivery or collection.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to claim their prize within 28 days of the draw date, the promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up from the remaining valid entries.

The prize will usually be supplied within 30 days of a valid claim being established, unless otherwise agreed with the winner.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date account contact details.

10. Publication of winner
The promoter intends to announce the winner on the James Hargreaves website and social media channels. Winner information may include the winning trade account or business name and general location.

The winner may object to publication or ask for the amount of published information to be reduced by contacting the promoter. The promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority if requested.

11. Data protection
Customer account information will be used only for the administration of this promotion, including verifying entries, contacting the winner, arranging prize fulfilment and publishing winner information as described above.

Entry into the promotion does not create any additional marketing consent.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

12. General
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or account where it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or conduct that undermines the fairness of the promotion.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By participating in the promotion, eligible trade account holders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
