Meet Matthew Dalby, owner of MKD Plumbing & Heating: Matthew is a qualified plumbing and heating engineer with a passion for sustainable solutions. In 2023, he took the initiative to upskill himself by attending our James Hargreaves Air Source Heat Pump training courses, including the Daikin Level 1 and Intro to Heat Pumps programs. These online courses, conveniently available through our Low Carbon Centre in Burnley, equipped Matthew with the knowledge and skills to integrate air source heat pumps into his projects.

In this video, we join Matthew on-site at a new development in Cleckheaton. Here, he has put his new expertise into practice by installing Daikin Heat Pumps and Pre-Plumbed Cylinders in 8 brand-new properties. Matthew shares his experience with the training program, the valuable knowledge he gained, and how the post-training support has empowered him to grow his business.
