About

Founded in 1922, ACV has over 40 years in the commercial and residential heating industry. Specialising in stainless steel, their innovative tank-in-tank technology has made them a market leader in the designing, manufacturing and distributing of cylinders. Produced in three locations across the world, each site is ISO 9001 certified (2015) and ACV are continuously investing in their three sites to improve and increase productivity. Their specialist stainless steel has been tailored over the years to resist erosion from even the hardest of waters.

Product Portfolio

ACV prides itself on their tank-in-tank technological innovation. Each ACV cylinder has a unique internal tank that acts as a heat exchanger creating a larger surface area for more rapid domestic water heating. This unique solution can reduce limescale and bacteria (e.g. legionella) build-up due to the water constantly being stored at and above 60°, giving you overall more hygienic water. A separate range of fast recovery cylinders are made with renewable systems in mind. Coming with a 3kW immersion heater as standard they can be used across solar thermal, wood-burning boilers, ground source heat pumps and many more renewable heating systems.

Condensing Boilers

Offering a broad range, there is an ACV Condensing Boiler for any job. In both residential and commercial styles, they have a range of both wall-hung and floor-standing units in an array of kWs. The HeatMaster and HeatMaster Evo ranges of combined gas-fired condensing boilers and water heaters all have stainless steel heat exchangers. A low maintenance design, this all in one unit reduces energy use and requires less installation time and space. While the HeatMaster ranges are floor standing, the Prestige range is wall hung meaning it uses up no floor space. The Prestige range consists of a range of wall-hung gas-fired condensing heat only boilers, all with a stainless steel heat exchanger. With a compact lightweight design, these boilers come in both natural gas and LPG versions and are made with all the components accessible from the front for an easy to maintain design.

Water Heaters

The ACV Condensing Water Heaters, have A energy ratings with all their products, allowing the range to have a solution for everyone. Both the WaterMaster and WaterMaster Evo come in various output versions and are compliant with the latest Ecodesign regulations for domestic hot water. A floor-standing design, they all use ACV's tank-in-tank technology and can be used in both domestic and commercial settings using either natural gas or LPG.
