Primary Pro knows and understands how important it is to make sure Air Source Heat Pumps and their systems are working to the highest efficiency. Insulating and sealing all external pipework and fittings is only a small part, but vital to make sure every watt is not wasted.

Primary Pro’s main focus is on providing all the products and tools to help pro installers when time and weather are not on their side. Over the last 18 months, they have grown their products as they listen to what pro installers want and need. 

Product Portfolio

Primary Pro have all the sizes of external insulation needed, including  42mm in 500mm lengths to cover the 1 ¼” tappings on some heat pumps. 

To save time on installation, they make all the insulation jackets for the Intatec antifreeze valves and the high-neck lever valves. This saves you from getting the tools out to make them when time and weather are not on your side. 

If you get brick dust on the insulation when you’re fitting and want to make sure it looks spot on when handing it over to a customer, touch up with their Maintenance Coat. 

Insulation

Primary Pro is made for professional installers to help them install and seal easily and efficiently in all weather. Complies with Part L  MCS and all Heat Pump Manufactures instructions 

Moisture/water and UV protection out of the box and needed to insulate external pipework and all the external fittings.

Simple to seal all joints, fittings and the heat pump itself with our Unique Bond and Seal to keep heat in and moisture out.

Bond & Seal

It is vital that every part of external pipework and fittings are sealed, also sealing the Primary Pro insulation to the heat pump.

This prevents heat loss and stops water moisture from getting in, which will affect the insulation and efficiency of the heat pump and heating system.

Primary Pro have produced their very own unique Bond & Seal in 290ml tubes to fit a mastic gun.

Bond & Seal is flexible and expands and contracts with heat and cold.

Core Bits

Diamond Core bits to core the perfect hole for Primary Pro's insulation solutions. 

Core Bits strengthened with diamond tips ensure a perfect cut into most masonry.
